2020 Spring Concert Cancelled

After much deliberation, the BACB has decided to cancel our 2020 Spring Concert scheduled for May 3rd.

We don't know where. We don't know when. But the BACB will perform at a future date. Until that time, stay safe!

Bel Air Community Band Spring Concert

The Bel Air Community Band, under the direction of C. Scott Sharnetzka and Assistant Directors Alex Scott and Joseph Nalley, will perform their 2020 Spring Concert on Sunday, May 3rd at 3:00 pm at Bel Air High School. Admission is free.

Bel Air Community Band selected to perform at the 2016 Association of Concert Bands Convention in Pittsburgh

The Bel Air Community Band is pleased to announce that we have auditioned for and been selected to perform at the Association of Concert Bands National Convention on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at the Soldiers and Sailors Hall in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. 85 band members are planning to make the trip. BACB Director inducted into Hall of Fame

Congratulations to Bel Air Community Band Music Director Scott
Sharnetzka for being inducted into the Maryland Music Educators
Association's Hall of Fame.  The BACB members know first hand that this honor is well deserved!

The Bel Air Community Band (BACB) rehearses on Monday evenings from 7 PM to 9 PM at Patterson Mill High School in Bel Air, Maryland.

If you are interested in joining the BACB, you are at least 17 years old, and have completed high school; please complete the contact form. Please include your name, phone number, instrument(s) you play, as well as a brief history of your playing experience. We look forward to seeing you.
